Conferențiar Universitar Doctor Simona ŞTEFAN

Simona Ștefan este conferențiar universitar în cadrul Departamentului de Psihologie Clinică și Psihoterapie, Universitatea Babeș-Bolyai, membru al Institutului Internațional de Psihoterapie și Sănătate Mentală Aplicată, psiholog clinician și consilier psihologic autonom și psihoterapeut cognitiv-comportamental specialist. A obținut doctoratul în psihologie sub coordonarea prof. univ. dr. Daniel David în anul 2012, la Școala Doctorală Psihodiagnostic și Intervenții Psihologice Validate Științific, Universitatea Babeș-Bolyai, a fost pentru un an de zile post-doctorand la Universitatea de Medicină și Farmacie „Iuliu Hațieganu”, iar în anul 2018 a beneficiat de o bursă Fulbright, stagiul de cercetare fiind efectuat la Boston University, SUA, sub îndrumarea prof. dr. Stefan Hofmann. Interesele ei de cercetare sunt legate de tulburările de anxietate, investigarea eficienței intervențiilor psihologice și a mecanismelor schimbării, terapia focalizată pe schema, științe cognitive clinice și psihologia relațiilor interpersonale și de cuplu.
