Self-help Therapy
Self-help therapy integrates psychologically validated principles into psychological prescriptions that can be self-administered, in order for us to personally develop, to optimize our well-being and/or to alleviate the state of mental and psychosomatical suffering. It is not a substitute for psychological and/or medical treatment, nor a substitute for a psychologist and/or doctor.
Next we will present you some examples of self-help therapy, which have been validated in specialized studies. We do not want to offer online treatments, rather some advice which might be helpful in situations as those described above.
