Research Interests:

  • Efficacy of evidence-based psychological interventions and the cognitive and emotional mechanisms involved in psychological change.
  • Technological innovation in psychotherapy – mobile applications, therapeutic games, and VR interventions for the prevention/intervention of emotional disorders.
  • Integration of evolutionary and biopsychosocial perspectives in genetic counseling, psychosomatics, and applied psychological education.
